Couldn’t have been happier with my stay at Tim’s place. It was a last minute booking and the check in couldn’t have been easier. The place is clean with really nice new furnishings and decorations. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom has newly updated hardware (loved the rainfall shower head). The kitchen is small but exactly as shown in pictures and worked fine for the weekend. Plus there are so many great restaurants within walking distance. Getting to sit out on the beautiful porch was a bonus. Tim was responsive and very easy to communicate with. For those wanting to hang out in midtown this is a great location and even better value. Would definitely stay here again.

I love this place! I was there perfect for my trip. Was able to cook a little because I don’t like eating out too much on trips! Host was very responsive! Replied within a few minutes. Took care of any questions or concerns I had. I truly appreciate it! Thanks again!
Tim’s place was great! It was comfortable, clean and the neighborhood was friendly. Tim was super responsive and friendly. The place is uniquely decorated which makes it even more beautiful! We greatly enjoyed ourselves!
Tim's place is super close to all the hospitals so it is a great place to stay for visiting med students and nurses.
Tim and team were communicative and the place was as listed. it gets a little hot in the heat of the day and the cleaning team needs to be a little more thorough though (the coffee maker still had coffee caked into it and the floors got the bottom of my feet dirty). Overall it was a good deal, quiet, and I loved the patio space! I would definitely stay there again if in Memphis!
Was a great stay!! Had an issue in the unit I booked but quickly notified me and put me in a different unit until issues could be resolved in the original unit.
Tim space was very clean and convenient. Tim was very communicative and detailed. The place was a little tricky to find at first because of the closeness of the properties and the narrow driveways. Let's just say I am glad I didn't drive my Land Rover, lol. Tim's place met my every need and then some. You won't regret staying here.
Tim's place was perfect for a few days as we moved my daughter into her apartment. Great location and very nice house.

Great, chill place. Super comfortable and homey. Tim was helpful and responsive. I even got locked out of the bathroom and Tim’s team took care of the situation ASAP. Overall I’d stay again.
Loved the room — there was private parking in the back which was super great! Great location in Memphis as there are more than plenty restaurants, grocery stores, etc within walking distance The bed was very comfortable and the space was inviting All in all it was exactly what I was looking for Thank you Tim!
Stayed here to attend a concert at Minglewood Hall- it was just a 10 minute walk which was so nice! The bed was super comfy and it was a nice place to stay for the night!

Tim was an excellent, responsive host. The apartment was quaint and cozy and pretty centrally located. There was private parking, which was nice. Everything was clean. Although the living area is a bit smaller than I expected, I did enjoy the stay. I would definitely recommend for a little weekend trip to Memphis, especially if you mostly plan to be out and about.
We loved the old charm of the apartment. Very spacious and comfortable beds. New fridge and stove so it was easy to cook a quick breakfast before we headed out for the day. Suggest getting the go-puff app u can order coffee, ice, and water in a snap when you arrive. Location was perfect we took Uber and was very affordable. Southern hospitality was in full swing everyone was super friendly. We also sat on the porch and enjoyed the breeze in the evening. Highly recommend. Thank you Tim!

Small but very clean, lots of light and fast WIFI. Based off the map I thought it would be walkable to main attractions on Madison. When it came down to it we just didn’t feel safe walking alone at night. That wasn’t a fault with our rental though just something that happens when you’re two small ladies traveling. We just took an Uber. The private parking in the back was a huge plus.
The description for the Airbnb is on brand with the natural light! I appreciated the guidebook with all the lock recommendations! Plenty of parking on the premise and on the street. I would recommend this airbnb for two people to stay and would definitely stay again if I visited the area!

We had a great experience at Tim’s stay. It was the perfect spot for a quick weekend trip in a beautiful building. Everything was very clean and just as described. It is a multi-dwelling building and there’s a window AC unit so just be aware of potential noise, but it didn’t bother us. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Tim’s place was perfect for our couple’s getaway. We had to find a place last minute and Tim was quick to respond and the place was just the right fit for what we needed for the week. Tims place was great. It was very spacious. It was about 10 mins from downtown & 12 minutes from the MLK center. Plenty of parking. I was provided clear instructions & all details that I’d need for my stay. I’d stay again if I’m ever in Memphis.

For the most part, it was extremely clean, there was a few small things that were noticeable. It was in a quiet building and the space was extremely nice. We really did enjoy our stay. Everything was exactly how he listed. The only thing that was misleading was there was a photo of a spa bathtub but in the description he did state a rainfall shower! He was very responsive and extremely helpful! I’d definitely rent this studio again!!
